Welcome to my blog. My name is Nelle. I'm a spoonie. I have Fibromyalgia, a digestive system disorder, and possibly MS.

Common things you will see here include self love and respect, nappy hair appreciation, positive body image, the realities of chronic illness, food, past and present afrocentric culture, music, decor and accounts of my adventures. In other words, expect specks of randomness showered in glitter and stuck to the back of your cornea.

I identify as many things, but mainly, a black woman with [dis]abilities. I live in New York. And I have a collapsable [pimp] cane.
